Health Benefits of Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera)

I'm the type of person who's not that conscious with my health. I just eat and drink what I want. But as my aunt got diagnosed with breast cancer, and as the one who accompanies her while recovering, I started researching for healthy vegetables and fruits for her diet. Then I found Malunggay.
